Job Description

The Role

People Group is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive app growth at scale. This isn't a role for a strategist who wants to delegate; we need a practitioner who knows how to turn media budgets into high quality app installs, engaged users, and measurable ROI. Responsibilities

  • Lead the end to end execution of app download and AppsFlyer campaigns.
  • Directly manage and optimize large scale campaigns across Google Ads (UAC / AdWords) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Drive efficient user acquisition with a heavy focus on retargeting and re-engagement to improve down funnel conversions.
  • Take full ownership of key performance metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Execute a rigorous A/B testing framework for creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting to constantly lower costs and improve quality.
  • Utilize attribution and analytics tools to provide deep dive insights into campaign performance.
  • Maintain high accountability for sizable budgets, scaling winning strategies and cutting under-performing spends quickly.

What You Bring

  • 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically within the app ecosystem.
  • Deep technical expertise in Google AdWords/UAC and Meta Ads dashboards.
  • A data driven mindset with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience in high ownership environments where you are expected to move fast and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Must Have Technical Skills And Experience

  • Proficiency with attribution and analytics platforms such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA, and Mixpanel.
  • Previous exposure to ASO, retargeting strategies, or app led business models.
  • A background in consumer internet, D2C, or marketplaces where user intent is a key driver.
