Designation: Performance Marketer (Hyperlocal)
Role Description
1. Performance Marketing & Online Sales
Funnel Mastery: Design, execute, and optimize full-funnel advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Programmatic channels to drive immediate service bookings and D2C product purchases.
ROAS Ownership: Achieve and maintain a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while scaling budgets. You are responsible for the daily monitoring of spend versus sales output.
Hyperlocal Targeting: Execute granular, location-based marketing strategies to ensure service bookings are maximized in high-priority zones (Nagpur and expansion cities).
2. D2C E-commerce Growth
- Product Sales: Lead the online sales strategy for Hoora's D2C merchandise and accessories, optimizing the Shopify/Website experience for maximum conversion.
- Retention & LTV: Work with the CRM team to drive repeat orders and increase Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) through targeted re-marketing and email/WhatsApp automation.
- Marketplace Oversight: Manage performance and visibility on marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) to ensure Hoora products are top-of-mind for car enthusiasts.
3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Landing Page Strategy: Partner with the Content and Design teams to build high-converting landing pages and ad creatives that resonate with car and bike owners.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test ad copy, creative formats, and user journeys to reduce drop-offs and improve the Click-to-Book ratio.
4. Data & Analytics
- Performance Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards tracking CAC, CVR (Conversion Rate), and total revenue generated from online channels.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behavior and competitor movements to pivot strategies rapidly.
Qualifications
- Experience (Mandatory): 58 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a heavy focus on Performance Marketing and Online Sales.
- Proven Track Record: You must demonstrate a history of managing monthly budgets of 10L+ while delivering 4x6x ROAS.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in Hyperlocal (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company) or high-growth D2C brands is highly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Shopify/Web analytics.
- Copywriting & Creative Sense: A strong understanding of what makes an ad sell. You must be able to guide the creative team to produce high-performing visual assets.
- Mindset: Aggressive, data-obsessed, and results-oriented. You care about Revenue and Bookings more than Likes and Followers.
