As we expand our digital footprint, we are looking for an SEO/ASO Executive to strengthen our visibility and organic reach across web and app platforms.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving results through data-driven digital campaigns. You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across channels, optimizing for growth, ROAS, and customer acquisition while aligning with our brand mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and sales through paid campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPL, etc.).
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and campaign pacing, ensuring efficient allocation of spend.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging and user journey.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and report actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and emerging tools to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Scale high-performing campaigns and continuously explore new growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- 23 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the sports, fitness, education, or D2C sector.
- Strong proficiency in running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other paid platforms.
- Solid analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Proven track record of managing marketing budgets and achieving KPIs.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization and funnel marketing.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Certifications in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or affiliate marketing.
