Founded by Charlie Lee in Korea in 2014, Balancehero started its operations in India in the year 2016. It started off as a balance check application and the company has expanded its business model to financial services. Job Description:

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and drive the growth charter at True Balance.

In this role, you will solve the complex puzzle of reaching the financially underserved in India at scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll test and build things across Google, Meta, and Affiliate networks, while collaborating cross functionally to drive growth for True Balance. Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Lead strategy and execution for acquisition channels including but not limited to Google and Meta ads across android, iOS and web platforms.
  2. Strategize top of the funnel brand campaigns to increase reach and build brand consideration.
  3. Design and run A/B tests across campaign types and creative to continuously evolve as per the business needs.
  4. Manage multi-crore monthly budgets with surgical precision. You will build the attribution models and ROI frameworks that will define our success.
  5. Work closely with the brand team and cross functional teams across risk, technology and product to deliver improvements in the martech stack.

Required Experience:

4-6 years of experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta and Affiliate partnerships.

Exposure to DV360 and iOS marketing is a plus.

Experience in technology-led brands in consumer tech / fintech / D2C, or agencies with a strong focus on B2C marketing.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Education:

B.Tech. from a Tier 1 College (IIT/NIT/BITS)
