Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management:

  • Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
  • Monitor campaign metrics and optimize for better ROI

2. Budget Management:

  • Plan and manage digital marketing budget
  • Track spend and ensure financial alignment with marketing goals

3. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze performance data to drive insights
  • Generate and present reports on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions

4. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to align campaign strategies
  • Effectively communicate performance results and insights to stakeholders

5. Market Research & Trends:

  • Track digital marketing trends and competitor strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience:

  • 47 years in performance marketing or digital advertising
  • Experience with large-scale digital campaign management
