Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management:
- Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Monitor campaign metrics and optimize for better ROI
2. Budget Management:
- Plan and manage digital marketing budget
- Track spend and ensure financial alignment with marketing goals
3. Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze performance data to drive insights
- Generate and present reports on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, conversions
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and product teams to align campaign strategies
- Effectively communicate performance results and insights to stakeholders
5. Market Research & Trends:
- Track digital marketing trends and competitor strategies
- Identify growth opportunities through market research
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Experience:
- 47 years in performance marketing or digital advertising
- Experience with large-scale digital campaign management
