Manager, Payments Compliance

Key Deliverables:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of regulatory charters across PhonePe ecosystem
• Ensure periodic certification and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews
• Review, build, and update compliance policies with relevant stakeholders
• Build compliance team capabilities and report KPIs to senior management

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business, legal, and product teams for compliance alignment
• Manage regulatory inspections and ensure timely closure of audit findings
• Develop and operationalize controls in accordance with RBI and NPCI norms
• Monitor regulatory updates and integrate best practices into compliance systems
