Job Description

  • Holds the highest level of responsibility within the club's marketing and operational functions.
  • All staff members in the gym are answerable to the manager for their roles and performance.
  • Responsible for overseeing all purchase-related activities essential for club operations.
  • Makes minor financial decisions required for daily functioning.
  • May be involved in sales activities and is eligible for incentives based on performance.
  • Ensures staff productivity and discipline, driving high service standards.
  • Manages the staff roster and shift timings to ensure smooth operations.
  • Expected to work flexible hours, typically around 9 hours per day.
  • Accountable for achieving the overall club targets, including marketing, sales, and service goals.
  • Oversees the use and management of the club's software systems.
  • Handles public relations, lead follow-ups, and conversion to drive growth.
  • Manages pre-sales activities and is responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, including flyers, inserts, and outdoor promotions.
