Central Studio Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Central Studio Team Manager to lead and manage our creative team. You will be responsible for people management, resource allocation, and project coordination between onshore and Indian teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs and guidelines. This role requires a strong background in creative team management, proficiency in project management tools, and a focus on maintaining high standards of delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a creative team, overseeing their daily operations and development.
• Implement effective people management strategies, including mentoring and performance evaluation.
• Utilize project management tools such as JIRA or WorkFront (preferred) for efficient workflow management.
• Handle resource allocation and management to ensure optimal utilization and project efficiency.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreement) & Guideline Maintenance.
• Facilitate seamless project coordination between onshore and Indian teams.
• Ensure all creative projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any project-related issues, escalating when necessary.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Creative Team Management.
• Proven abilities in People Management.
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools (JIRA/WorkFront preferred).
• Expertise in Resource Allocation & Management.
• Demonstrated capability in SLA & Guideline Maintenance.
• Excellent Project Coordination skills (experience with Onshore & Indian Team coordination is preferred).
• Any Designing Experience is Desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Design, Marketing, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
