Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Partner with PPC Directors and clients to develop data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure campaigns meet defined KPIs, follow best practices, and are optimized for efficiency across platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic).
  • Translate client goals into actionable plans and performance roadmaps.

Campaign & Account Management

  • Lead day-to-day campaign execution, including planning, optimization, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accountability for timely and budget-compliant delivery of campaigns.
  • Continuously improve campaign structures, bid strategies, targeting, and creatives.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the SME and primary client contact for performance marketing discussions.
  • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Account Directors and cross-channel teams (SEO, Social, Analytics, Creative) to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Share insights and learnings across teams to drive innovation and enhance performance maturity.

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver regular and ad hoc reports with actionable insights on campaign performance.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and platform dashboards to analyze data and recommend optimizations.
