Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution
- Partner with PPC Directors and clients to develop data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure campaigns meet defined KPIs, follow best practices, and are optimized for efficiency across platforms (Google, Meta, Programmatic).
- Translate client goals into actionable plans and performance roadmaps.
Campaign & Account Management
- Lead day-to-day campaign execution, including planning, optimization, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Maintain accountability for timely and budget-compliant delivery of campaigns.
- Continuously improve campaign structures, bid strategies, targeting, and creatives.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Serve as the SME and primary client contact for performance marketing discussions.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Account Directors and cross-channel teams (SEO, Social, Analytics, Creative) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Share insights and learnings across teams to drive innovation and enhance performance maturity.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports with actionable insights on campaign performance.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and platform dashboards to analyze data and recommend optimizations.
