Medicaps University is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and well-connected professional to join our Office of International Affairs as Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about global education, student mobility, and international collaborations.
The selected candidate will help students explore study abroad opportunities, strengthen partnerships with international universities, coordinate global academic programs, and support the university's growing international presence

We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in study abroad or international education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen international partnerships with foreign universities and institutions
- Coordinate student exchange programs, joint degree programs, study abroad opportunities, and faculty exchange initiatives.
- Counsel students regarding international education pathways, admissions processes, scholarships, visas, and overseas opportunities.
- Develop and implement international outreach strategies to increase global engagement.
- Organize seminars, awareness sessions, university visits, and international delegation meetings.
- Liaise with international agencies, educational consultants, embassies, and partner institutions.
- Support documentation, MoUs, agreements, and international compliance processes
- Maintain records, reports, and communication related to international activities.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for international programs.
- Assist university leadership in achieving institutional internationalization goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master's degree in Management, International Relations, Education, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
