About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Program Associate to work closely with leadership on high-impact, cross-functional initiatives. This is not a conventional project management role—this position is focused on driving execution, ensuring follow-through, and keeping multiple teams aligned.
If you come from a marketing, branding, agency, or coordination background and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and require ownership, this role will fit well.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with leadership on strategic and operational projects
- Coordinate across teams (Marketing, Branding, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
- Drive day-to-day follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Act as a central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Identify gaps, delays, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them
- Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to ongoing projects
Who You Are
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, branding, agency, coordination, or business operations roles
- Strong at execution, follow-ups, and getting things done
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working closely with leadership in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solver with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
