Job Description: Sales Manager

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Salary Range: 60,000 – 1,00,000 per month

Job Summary

Royallinks is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales leadership skills, excellent client-handling abilities, and preferably experience in the construction or interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities, clients, and markets in residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and consultants.
  • Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure smooth execution after sales closure.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to improve sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of project-based sales and B2B/B2C client handling is highly desirable.
