Responsibilities:
1. Field Sales & Client Acquisition
· Actively visit corporates, travel agents, and potential clients to generate new business.
· Build strong client relationships through regular field meetings and follow-ups.
· Identify opportunities for weddings, conferences, leisure groups, and MICE business.
2. Revenue & Target Achievement
· Work on achieving assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Focus on converting field leads into confirmed bookings (rooms, banquets, events).
· Upsell F&B, spa, and other ancillary services during client interactions.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
· Collect market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies.
· Suggest suitable promotional activities and packages based on field feedback.
· Share insights with AGM Sales/Management to strengthen strategy.
4. Client Servicing & Coordination
· Conduct property show-arounds for prospective clients.
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and group stays.
· Handle guest queries and support in negotiations where required.
5. Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain updated client database and call/visit reports.
· Submit daily/weekly sales visit reports to AGM Sales.
· Keep track of pipeline leads and ensure timely closure.
6. Marketing & Promotions (Field Level)
· Distribute and promote marketing collaterals during field visits.
· Promote seasonal offers, spa packages, and F&B deals to corporate and travel partners.
· Represent the resort at travel fairs, exhibitions, and local networking events.
7. Teamwork & Support
· Support AGM Sales in achieving overall sales and revenue goals.
· Work closely with the reservations and front office teams for confirmations.
· Share field learnings with the sales team for better conversion.

Stationed : SRKP HO/ 5th Floor Vista Building (opposite to Mall of Asia) Jakkur Bangalore
Should be flexible for intensive travel due to operational Reasons
