Job Description

A qualified professional with experience in developing highly visual dashboards and reportsoptimizingmultiple marketing channels.TheManagerrole is focusedoncollaboratingwith client teams to tackle high-impact, complex analytics challenges.Guide client stakeholders in developing effective problem-solving strategies and scaling analytics efforts that drive strategic decision-making within their organizations.Focused on supporting our clients with reporting capabilities and will be driving the overall engagement in developing dashboards and reports on strategic clients and helping measure their overall marketing effectiveness. Will serve as a point of contact between multiple stakeholders both internal and external toidentifyreporting needs and deliver the solution.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Develop andmaintainadvancedinteractivedashboards and reports thatprovideactionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Provides strategic, technical and or operational reporting best practices and guidance.
  • Reportingexpertiseand knowledge to solve business challenges and provide focus to teammembers.
  • Ability to formulate analytical problem, summarize key findings/insights and makehelpfulrecommendations.
  • Thought leadership and guidance in the development of client-facing presentations and read-outs.
  • Drives the overall client engagement as the reporting Subject Matter expert (SME) in delivering reporting solutions while collaborating with data team.
  • Analysis of reporting requirements; including new data requirements, reporting layout and user needs.
  • Create and re-view QA plans for deliverables to align with the requirements,identifydiscrepancies if any and troubleshoot issues.
  • Define best practices and the design/development,deployment, and maintenanceof reports. Ensures that project goals/milestones are met.
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop project plan, manage the day-to-daytasksand meet project deadlines

Required Skill:

  • 8+ year of experiencein data analysisand visualization
  • Expertiseinin BI/Visualization tools, specificallyPowerBI(certification must-have).
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or another technology-related field.
  • IntermediateproficiencyinSQL,GoogleBigQuery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Good to have-FamiliaritywithGoogleDataform, Composerand Looker.
  • Optional:MarketingAnalytics experience.
