products, aggressive marketing and Omni-Channel distribution strategy.

Role Purpose:

To drive growth across Ecommerce marketplaces and Quick Commerce platforms, while scaling B2B sales via online channels

Job Responsibility:

1) Ecommerce + Quick Commerce Account Management

Manage key platforms:

Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central B2B preferred)

Flipkart, JioMart

Quick Commerce platforms like Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart Drive sales, visibility, and assortment planning across platforms

Own account-level revenue and P&L

2) Quick Commerce Growth Strategy :

  • Manage dark store listings, SKU assortment, and pricing
  • Ensure high fill rates & availability for fast-moving SKUs
  • Work on:
  • Platform-funded campaigns
  • Visibility banners & placements
  • Optimize for:
  • High-frequency purchases
  • Faster inventory rotation

3) B2B Ecommerce & Bulk Sales:

  • Drive corporate gifting & bulk orders via ecommerce channels
  • Identify opportunities in:
  • Institutional buying
  • Bulk marketplace orders
  • Collaborate with B2B sales teams

4)Marketplace Operations:

  • Ensure:
  • Listing accuracy & content optimization
  • Inventory planning & replenishment
  • Pricing competitiveness
  • Avoid stock-outs, especially critical for quick commerce SLAs

5)Campaigns & Performance Marketing:

  • Plan and execute:
  • Marketplace sale events
  • Quick commerce promotions
  • Optimize:
  • Conversion rates
  • ROI on ads & deals

6)Stakeholder Management:

  • Coordinate with:
  • Platform account managers
  • Internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance)
  • Negotiate better:
  • Margins
  • Visibility
  • Campaign participation

7)Data & Reporting:

  • Track:
  • Sales, margins, fill rate, stock availability
  • Quick commerce KPIs (order frequency, dark store performance)
  • Share insights and drive improvements

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in:
  • Ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart)
  • Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart preferred)
  • Understanding of:
  • Dark store operations & fast delivery models
  • Strong:
  • Analytical mindset
  • Negotiation & account management

Eligibility

  • 4- 8 years experience in:
  • Ecommerce / Key Account Management
  • Quick Commerce (HIGHLY preferred)
  • MBA preferred
