About The Role
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall delivery of MEP execution across all project stages for residential and commercial projects in Mumbai region
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Execution
- Oversee MEP execution across all project stages, ensuring compliance with the National Building Code and relevant standards.
- Provide guidance and resolve execution issues for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure the incorporation of BIM and other design technologies for optimal project outcomes.
Material & Technology Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest MEP materials and technology trends.
- Drive innovative, technology-led solutions for design and execution.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Design, MEP, Site, and Operations, to meet project goals.
- Coordinate with external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
Team Management
- Lead a team of 5-6 direct reports and oversee multiple indirect reports, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment.
Who are we looking for
Experience
- Relevant experience in handling end to end MEP execution for the projects assigned.
- Strong background in residential and/or commercial projects.
- Hands-on experience with BIM and software like Revit is preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of electrical is required, MEP-HVAC, Ventilation, Mechanical includes plumbing and fire fighting
Skills & Knowledge
- Deep understanding of MEP systems and design principles.
- Familiarity with the National Building Code and other relevant standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle cross-functional teams.
Education
- BE/BTech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Candidates with a diploma followed by a full-time BE/BTech will also be considered.
