Overview
The Manager, Global Media Ops will play a pivotal role in overseeing the MediaOcean technology stack across the globe, with an initial focus on North American integration utilization and product support. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective use of the MediaOcean technology stack and driving efficiencies within the media operations function
Responsibilities
- Oversee the MediaOcean technology stack globally, initially focusing on North American integration utilization and product support.
- Own the North American roadmap for Prisma usage, including launching, training, and supporting media teams on feature usage.
- Track and report KPIs, including % utilization of key integrations across all available vendors, certification totals of the tool, and ensuring the usage of all possible automation.
- Participate in monthly MediaOcean meetings to discuss product improvements, pain points, and solutions.
- Lead the North American Prisma taskforce, composed of power users across the organization. Solicit feedback to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and own monthly meetings to provide updates on roadmap progress to leadership.
- Become the go-to expert for Prisma including admin functions to support in brand Prisma set up support
- Opportunity to expand the role to global Prisma support with the launch of EMEA and additional software within MENA and APAC.
- Manage the Associate Project Manager of Media Ops responsible for reconciliation policing within North America. Train and support the resource on Excel, reporting needs, and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
- Collaborate on key reporting views to ensure progress made by the Associate Project Manager.
- Identify automation and AI solutions for the media operations group and evangelize new technology and tools to drive efficiency within the agency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in media operations or a similar role .
- Strong knowledge of the MediaOcean technology stack, particularly Prisma, OX and MX.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with global media operations is a plus.
