Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong Media Reconciliation A ssociate Manage r with hands-on experience in Mediaocean / Prisma to support financial and AdOps leaning operations across media planning, buying, billing, and reconciliation. This role will act as the liaison between AP, Billing , M edia, and client teams to ensure fiscal accuracy, process optimization, and compliance with agency and client requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the definition of project goals, objectives and defin e scope
  • Supporting key workstreams within the Mediaocean /Prisma media system including reconciling inaccurate entries, pulling reports for leadership and troubleshooting
  • Pulling down reporting for invoicing from Prisma, analyzing who need to be contacted and taking next steps
  • Following up with internal teams on delayed reconciliation and tasks necessary for core AP and Billing workstreams
  • Provide key support to media teams regarding how to use Prisma accurately and how to troubleshoot key issues.
  • Schedule and facilitate meeting agendas, objectives , details , status , meeting notes and follow-ups
  • Keeping a master list of the main POC for each account updated
  • Building out key process documents on key tasks as necessary
  • Pulling down invoices for certain vendors/accounts and actioning on next steps (sending to teams or uploading to SharePoint and emailing teams)
  • Work directly with AP team on team follow-ups and escalations
  • Weekly call with the key POC to discuss tasks needed and review next steps

Required Skills

  • Previous experience working successfully as a Project Manager or as a Prisma specialist .
  • 2 + years experience inProject Management or Prisma level role.
  • Working experience on the UK version of Mediaocean including Prisma and MX Explorer.
  • Familiarity with operational processes of invoicing and reconciliation
  • Vendor invoice reconciliation and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for invoice processing.
  • Working experience with Monday.com and similar project management tools will be beneficial.
  • Understanding of the invoicing process and experience working with finance teams.
