We're looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Operations (CRM) Manager to manage the customer journey after booking. You'll handle all post-booking processes - from documentation and collections to bank and legal coordination - ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for every homebuyer. This role bridges clients, banks, developers, and internal teams to drive timely execution and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for clients post-booking until registration or handover.
- Coordinate execution of Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Disbursement Documents and other legal documents.
- Guide clients on home loan options, explaining partner banks, rates, and eligibility.
- Liaise with banks to facilitate loan approval, documentation, and disbursement.
- Send proactive payment reminders and follow up on collections with accuracy.
- Coordinate with developers, legal, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Track timelines from booking to agreement and agreement to disbursement.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare regular reports on collections and documentation status.
- Flag potential delays or discrepancies early and drive timely resolution.
- Assist clients with legal and documentation-related queries.
Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of experience in real estate post-sales / CRM / documentation / banking.
- Strong understanding of agreements, registration, and home loan products and processes.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and documentation management with a high attention to detail.
- Client-first attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in both English and Kannada is preferred.
