Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the Clinical Diagnostics, Molecular Screening, and Molecular Testing domains
  • Create and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Produce high-quality content for the website, blogs, and digital platforms that engages and converts the target audience
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Manage and experiment with various organic and paid channels – SEO, SEM, email campaigns, content marketing, and social media advertising
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize Google Ads and Analytics
  • Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing budgets
  • Oversee the design and content of marketing collateral (digital and print) – brochures, website banners, flyers, etc.
  • Analyze campaign performance and consumer behavior, derive insights, and optimize strategies accordingly
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, healthcare marketing, and diagnostics industry

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences sector
  • Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of numerical literacy and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Strong team player and stakeholder manager

Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc in Marketing or a related discipline
  • Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or SEO will be an advantage
