This is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram for a Manager Marketing. The Manager Marketing will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, optimizing strategies to align with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development to ensure cohesive efforts. The role also includes identifying opportunities for market expansion and enhancing customer engagement.

• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to address product-related queries and provide marketing insights
• Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair within the refrigeration or related industries is a plus
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to use insights to drive customer-centric decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
