We are seeking a full-time Email Marketing Manager to join our team on-site in New Delhi. The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing targeted email campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing automation workflows, analyzing and segmenting customer data, enhancing CRM processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align email strategies with broader marketing goals. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve email marketing effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Marketing Automation and CRM tools
• Lead Generation expertise and strong Digital Marketing skills
• Background in Marketing with a focus on customer engagement strategies
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize email campaigns
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a similar role; expertise in the healthcare sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
