We are seeking a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at our Gurugram office. The role involves managing and executing social media marketing strategies to drive business objectives and increase brand visibility. Responsibilities include creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms for maximum engagement, monitoring campaign performance, and collaborating with the digital marketing team to support broader initiatives.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop effective and engaging Content Strategies
• Experience in Digital Marketing, including campaign execution and analysis
• Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics
• Creative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Prior experience in managing social media campaigns for businesses is a plus
