Educational and Experience Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing/Pharma (B.Pharm + MBA)
- 8 - 10 years in Sales and Product Management, preferably in Pharma or Pharma Ancillary company
- At least 4 years in a position of similar responsibility
- 5 years of product management and brand delivery experience
- Exposure to marketing, including digital marketing in multiple geographies
- Exposure to taking new products to market
- Exposure to branding and marketing strategy formulation

Job Objective
- Building a stronger brand presence to help drive growth, enhance our brand image, and create an impact in our focus markets through impactful, targeted lead generation campaigns and other marketing activities.
- The role is focused on B2B marketing activities
- Responsible for end to end marketing support for the business, right from strategy creation, execution of marketing campaigns, Lead generation activities, delivery and execution of marketing activities and finally the tracking and measurement of impact.
Primary responsibilities
Strategic and planning
- Account management of ACG verticals in terms of supporting the businesses with all marketing activities and collaterals
- Planning annual calendar of marketing activities including product campaigns, webinars, seminar, conferences, etc. with lead targets, execution plan and the annual budget
Functional
- Work with the Product Marketing Teams within each of the group companies to devise marketing plans as per lead generation and/or brand and eminence building targets
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget
- To execute activities aligned to brand strategy, execution, content generation, brand delivery, digital marketing, print and media marketing, etc. aligned to the equipment vertical
- To lead the knowledge development of ACG from a marketing perspective
- Review data from various sources to identify new strategic plays such as new products, machines, new customer pools, new geographies etc.
Internal responsibilities
- Create a knowledge repository of learnings for future campaigns
- Review performance of products commercial performance in the market against competitor products and internal targets (or business case as required)
- Review new products ideas and opportunities pitched by the Product Marketing team and businesses
- Ensure consistency of branding and marketing activities across the product lines
- Support in new product incubation process – support in launch campaigns and marketing support
Commercial Excellence
- Analyse insights basis business analytics and metrics such as marketing efficiency, sales numbers etc.
- Identify the areas where the organization capabilities (across people, processes and systems) are lacking and devise plans for plugging the gaps
- Monitor and analyze data to come out with insights and focus areas for betterment (around target markets, target customers, product performance, process, system efficiency etc.)
- Ensure tracking of overall marketing efficiency tracking
People development
- Take overall responsibility for people development initiatives and building up in-house capabilities for the employees in the department
- Drive a performance driven culture in the team by timely monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to the team members
- Contribute towards development of talent for the department by providing subordinates with adequate exposure and growth opportunities to enable readiness for higher roles
- Actively participate in HR initiatives to drive overall employee engagement and motivation
- Support capability development programs of ACG and by identifying and recommending the training areas
