Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

  • Generate business from retail segments for assigned areas from various sub-dealers, electricians and other stake holders of Chennai branch.
  • Manage and generate business form Channel partners who spread across the assigned area/territory of Coimbatore branch. Generate business through Smartshop (Power User) for Chennai Branch.
  • Generate business of INR 25 Cr through Smartshop (Power User) for Chennai Branch for CY-25.
  • Achieve individual targets assigned as per the allocation for retail business.
  • FDP Champion for the branch.
  • Monitoring secondary sales for stockiest.
  • Conduct sales promotional activities and brand visibility programs at assigned area/territory.
  • Designing of quarterly dealer scheme for electricians.
  • Development of retail network in untapped areas.

  • Expertise in Sales Promotion activities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
