Manager - Legal

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of domestic & cross-border agreements (IPR, technology, supply, confidentiality, etc.)

• Handling litigation matters (civil, criminal, commercial, arbitration) from initiation to closure

• Advising internal stakeholders on legal risks, dispute resolution, and compliance matters

• Ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks such as DPCO, Drugs & Cosmetics Act, UCPMP, etc.

• Managing trademark portfolio and supporting patent-related activities

• Drafting legal notices, replies, and maintaining legal documentation/templates

• Driving compliance awareness through trainings and stakeholder engagement

Key Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in Legal & Compliance within the Pharma industry (mandatory)

Strong expertise in contract management, litigation, and regulatory laws

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
