- We're seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, and execution of transformative learning experiences for leaders and senior leaders throughout our organization.
Scope:
- In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in developing leadership capabilities that empower individuals to lead teams, cultivate leaders, and drive business outcomes-all while remaining aligned with our organizational values and strategic priorities. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of adult learning principles and the confidence to facilitate and deliver customized leadership development initiatives.
What you'll do:
Program Design & Development:
- Design and develop end-to-end leadership learning journeys tailored for different leadership levels (first-time managers, managing managers & managing business units).
- Translate leadership competency frameworks into engaging, practical, and scalable learning programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to curate or build bespoke learning experiences.
Program Execution & Management:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of leadership development programs, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee program evaluation, continuous improvement, and reporting on learning outcomes and strategic impact for all flagship programs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a strategic learning partner to Business Leaders, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments and engages in consultative discussions to align learning initiatives with business goals and priorities of the organisation.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in through regular updates, program reviews, and impact assessments.
Facilitation & Custom Interventions:
- Facilitate leadership development workshops, learning labs, and experiential learning sessions as required.
- Design and implement custom learning interventions to address specific business challenges or team development needs.
Measurement & Impact:
- Define and track key performance indicators for program success.
- Use data and insights to refine programs and demonstrate ROI and strategic value.
- Maintain a continuous feedback loop to assess impact and learner experience.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a leadership development program role
- Proven experience in program management, instructional design, and leadership facilitation.
- Strong understanding of leadership frameworks, adult learning principles, and organizational behaviors.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in a few leadership development tools (e.g., Situational Leadership MBTI, Hogan, 360 Feedback, etc.)
- Experience with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches
- Experience with the creation of various training resources, including job aids, training guides, facilitator guides, and participant materials
- Experience in public speaking, facilitation, and training delivery both in-person and virtually
- Background in coaching or leadership assessment methodologies
