Job Description

• Execute procurement strategies for client accounts and facility services operations

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contract execution for optimal pricing and terms

• Ensure timely issuance and tracking of purchase orders and procurement documentation

• Monitor supplier performance, compliance, and contractual obligations

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure timely processing and payments

• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and cost optimization

• Maintain procurement data integrity and generate management reports on savings and performance

• Coordinate between vendors, site teams, finance, and operations for seamless procurement flow

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and statutory requirements

• Conduct risk assessments for procurement contracts and supplier agreements

• Manage procurement budgets and ensure cost control across categories

• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures for standardization

• Oversee procurement systems and ensure proper tracking of inventory and shipments

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and turnaround time

• Maintain long-term supplier relationships and evaluate new vendor partnerships
