Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager (Container Division)
Job Purpose: To drive business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will focus on market analysis, new customer acquisition, and expanding sales volume within the COC (Carrier Owned Container) and SOC (Shipper Owned Container) segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Meet weekly and monthly volume targets for COC and SOC sales.
- Business Development: Proactively visit clients, identify expansion opportunities, and implement innovative revenue-growth methods.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing regular updates to the internal team.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct periodic reviews of sales data and lead generation efforts.
Requirements
