Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand founded in 2013. Today, we are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms, with licensing partnerships including Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL and Viacom18 among others. We create products inspired by pop culture - superheroes, movies,TV shows cartoons—while also staying deeply rooted in evolving youth fashion and lifestyle trends. Alongside our core men's and women's apparel categories, we are actively expanding into new product lines such as activewear, Supima products, personal care (perfumes), footwear and backpacks. While we began as a digital-first brand, we have steadily expanded into offline retail and currently operate 70+ stores across India, with further pan-India expansion underway. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage relationships with: Marketplace teams (Shopee, Lazada, Noon, Namshi, Amazon) and Aggregator partners (e.g., regional operators handling listings & fulfillment)
  2. Drive: Visibility (campaigns, banners, deals, platform-led growth programs), Selection expansion & catalog scaling, Ensure strong platform hygiene (ratings, SLAs, content quality)
  3. Identify and onboard: New marketplaces, New aggregator partners / distributors
  4. Decide what to sell where: Localize assortment basis country trends, pricing power, and competition
  5. Work with internal teams to: Launch high-potential categories & licensed IPs
  6. Troubleshoot: Listing issues, stock sync, catalog errors, and platform escalations
  7. Track and analyze: GMV, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, ASP, sell-through, Build weekly/monthly business reviews
  8. Derive insights on: Winning SKUs, price bands, and country-level trends
  9. Key KRAs / Success Metrics:
  • GMV growth across SEA & MEA
  • Marketplace-wise profitability / contribution margin
  • Assortment scale (live SKUs, hit-rate of new launches)
  • Campaign performance (ROAS, uplift during events)
  • Partner performance (aggregator efficiency, SLA adherence)
  • Expansion (new marketplaces / countries launched)

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with: Amazon / Noon / Shopee / Lazada / Namshi / Flipkart
  • Bonus: Experience with aggregator-led models or cross-border shipping

Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience in: Ecommerce marketplaces / cross-border ecommerce OR consulting/BD roles in ecommerce ecosystem
