Role Overview
This role will drive sales growth, visibility, and profitability across key e-commerce marketplaces with a strong focus on Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and quick commerce platforms. The role demands deep marketplace operational expertise and strategic execution skills within Sports Nutrition, Beauty, and Health & Wellness categories.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth & Revenue
- Own end-to-end marketplace performance across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and quick commerce platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, share of voice, and contribution margins
- Manage product catalog, pricing, promotions, deals, and launch calendars on each platform
Amazon Vendor & Seller Central
- Hands-on management of Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations including catalog management, content optimization (A+ content), pricing, and order management
- Drive Amazon SEO, retail media (Amazon Ads), and promotional activities to maximize visibility and conversion
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels and replenishment cycles for high availability
TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
- Own TikTok Shop performance, including live commerce, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing
- Collaborate with creators and marketing teams to develop engaging commerce content and campaigns
Quick Commerce Platforms
- Manage relationships and execution on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.
- Optimize in-app merchandising, promotions, and stock availability for rapid sales velocity
Retail Media & Analytics
- Plan and execute retail media campaigns on Amazon, TikTok, and other marketplace platforms
- Track KPIs such as ROAS, TACoS, conversion rates, and marketplace share
- Build performance reports and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Brand, and Customer Experience teams
- Liaise with marketplace account managers and external agencies to resolve issues and unlock growth
Mandatory Qualifications
- 5-8 years of marketplace/e-commerce experience with proven, hands-on expertise in both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central
- Experience managing TikTok Shop and/or other social commerce platforms
- Exposure to quick commerce platforms and fast-moving retail environments
- Strong background in Sports Nutrition, Beauty, or Health & Wellness categories
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing international marketplaces (US, UK, UAE preferred)
- Deep knowledge of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and retail media best practices
- Experience managing large product catalogs and multi-SKU portfolios
