Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement alearning content strategyaligned with business and operational goals.
- Identify training needs based onprocess changes, client requirements, and performance data, TNA/TNIs
- Plan and manage thecontent development roadmapand deliver
- Collaborate withoperations, quality, HR, and client teamsto gather inputs and validate content.
- Ensure team productivity, skill development, and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee the creation ofengaging, process-specific, and role-based learning content.
- Ensure use ofinstructional design models(e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) andadult learning principles.
- Promote the use ofinteractive formatslike e-learning modules, simulations, videos, and job aids.
- Review and approve content to ensureaccuracy, consistency, and compliancewith client and regulatory standards.
- Maintainversion controland documentation of all learning materials.
- Ensure content isaccessible and inclusivefor diverse learner groups.
- LeverageLearning Management Systems (LMS)and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Vyond, Synthesia).
- IntegrateAI, analytics, and gamificationto enhance learner engagement and track effectiveness.
- Stay updated with emerging learning technologiesand trends.
- UseKirkpatrick's modelor similar frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Analyze learner feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes to refine content.
- Drive a culture ofcontinuous learning and innovation.
- Act as apoint of contact for clientregarding training content.
- Present content strategies, updates, and impact reports tointernal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment withService Level Agreements (SLAs)and client expectations.
Key Skills and knowledge:
- Minimum Eight years experience of leading a team of Content Developers, creating E-Learning /ILT / Video based learning
- Minimum three years experience of developing content strategy collaborating to solve complex challenges
- Experienced in creating constructive learning module for training needs.
- Evaluate, proofread, measure content effectiveness.
- Working knowledge of content authoring tools - Articulate, Captivate, etc, image and video creating and editing tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc and audio and voice over platforms
- Proficient in MS office and Google Suites,
- Knowledge of AI based content authoring tools
- Good understanding of LMS
- Able to front end client meeting via good presentations skills
- Understanding of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards for e-learning content.
- Basic understanding of HTML5/CSS will be beneficial.
