Job Description

  • Manage a global organization of 30+ HR Shared Services professionals, including 3 direct reports.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
  • Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and individual development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage resource planning.
  • Mentor and coach next-level leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and succession pool.
  • Foster inclusivity and collaboration across global teams, promoting a unified one team culture.

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement strategies aligning HR Shared Services with broader business goals.
  • Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay current with HR Shared Services industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Optimize service delivery models across time zones and locations to meet evolving business needs.

Service Delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring accurate and timely HR service delivery.
  • Manage and resolve escalated HR issues and inquiries.
  • Establish and monitor team performance benchmarks and SLAs/KPIs.
  • Report regularly on service metrics and improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Drive adoption of automation, AI, and relevant tools within HR Shared Services.
  • Lead initiatives to modernize processes while ensuring compliance and quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Human Resources or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 10+ years experience spanning talent development, organizational development, and performance management.
  • 5+ years interacting with senior leadership.
  • 3+ years in a managerial role with direct reports.
