• SAP team Management ChaRM Administration SAP TestingUAT
• Project Management Delivery Management Client Relationship
• Technical Project Support Reporting Documentation
• Key Stakeholder for ChaRM Configuration Retrofit ChaRM Support and Process management
• Branch Design for N1 landscape and strategies for Branch update with Implementation and support strategies
• Managing Major and Minor Releases as Release Manager
• Co ordinating with CAB for Release approvals and Change Management activities
• Responsible for designing Document workflow Status schemas and template documents
• Responsible for designing key business processes for various business need and working with key business process owners
• Mapping key business process of customers to Scenarios Process and Process steps
• Integrate SolMan and Tricentis Tosca
• Responsible for Design and Implementation of ChaRMs in the Landscape
• Responsible for Configuring ChaRMs for 4 system landscape and handling support activities involved with team members
• Responsible for handling Solution manager support activities
• Transport support activities related to ChaRM movement
• Responsible for PGLS activities for live systems
• Coordinating with Stakeholders for issues related with ChaRM and Workarounds
• Responsible for jotting complete micro level test plan with respect to step level testing and Defect creation
• Responsible for designing SAP manual scripts Test strategies Test Plans Testing readiness and test execution
• Responsible for CSD Change and Release management Tool and Methodology for SAP Support projects
• Managing technical configuration of Test Suite with custom Statuses for Test Management
• Configured Test Defect Management with integration to Test Suite and Test Automation TOSCA
• Dashboards for Test Plan and Test Packages with Defect aggregation linked to Test Plans
