Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff, engineers, architects, and corporate roles
- Collaborate with department heads to plan manpower requirements
- Build strong talent pipelines for construction and operations roles
HR Operations & Administration
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment
- Plan and execute engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
Performance Management & Training
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs
- Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Compliance & Statutory Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and construction industry regulations
- Manage PF, ESI, contracts, and statutory documentation
- Support audits and legal compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, MBA HR preferred
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
