Job Title: Manager – Human Resources

Royallinks is a growing construction and interior solutions company focused on delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function and support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for site staff, engineers, architects, and corporate roles
  • Collaborate with department heads to plan manpower requirements
  • Build strong talent pipelines for construction and operations roles
HR Operations & Administration
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR MIS reports
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment
  • Plan and execute engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees
Performance Management & Training
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs
  • Support managers in goal setting and performance reviews
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
Compliance & Statutory Management
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and construction industry regulations
  • Manage PF, ESI, contracts, and statutory documentation
  • Support audits and legal compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, MBA HR preferred
  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction/real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
