Key Responsibilities

• Manage the operational delivery centre and regional recruitment teams for RPO operations.
• Create, review, and enhance hiring strategies and recruitment models for clients.
• Develop high-level strategies, marketing plans, and campaigns to grow service verticals.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and other departments to capitalize on business opportunities.
• Serve as a knowledge partner for client SPOCs across regions and locations.
• Plan, implement, and conduct process briefings, staff training, and coaching programs.
• Continuously coordinate with regional and operational stakeholders to drive process improvement.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic staffing solutions.
