As Program Manager HR Projects & Automation, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that redesign how HR operates at Ambak.
You will:
- Audit and restructure HR workflows across TA, HRBP, Payroll, L&D, and Admin
- Convert manual processes into structured, trackable systems
- Drive automation using AI tools, no-code platforms, integrations, and APIs
- Lead end-to-end implementation of HR tech (ATS, HRMS, payroll, internal dashboards)
- Build reporting frameworks that provide leadership visibility across hiring, productivity, attrition, SLAs, and engagement
- Reduce TATs, eliminate spreadsheet dependency, and improve process accuracy
- Drive adoption across teams ensuring systems are actually used
- Track measurable program outcomes: speed, efficiency, quality, cost
