  • Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount inexternalreporting to ensure the credibility and reliability of the information presented.
  • 7+ years of proven experience in HR data management,external reporting, managing projects and meeting reporting timelines.
  • Proventrack recordof designing and implementingPowerBIsolutions, preferably within an HR context.
  • Strong technical skills inPowerBIdevelopment and maintenancewith a strong understanding ofdimensionalmodelingconcepts like dimensions, measures, hierarchies, and relationships
  • A strong grasp of DAX,creating custom measuresandtailoringdata analysis to specific needs.
  • Strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex dataand the ability to work with large datasets.
  • Adept at managing projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of user interface design principles.
  • Experience managing the lifecycle of artifacts created with BItools, using version control systems like Git and development pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking to align BI initiatives with broader business goals.
  • Proficiencyin SQL & a scripting language (Python, Java, etc)would be beneficial.
