Job Description

Key Deliverables

Ultra HNI Client Advisory & Portfolio Management

· Advise high-net-worth clients on equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity markets.

· Manage large client books (25 Lacs & above) with strategic, research-based investment recommendations.

· Conduct detailed profiling of clients financial requirements, investment style, and risk appetite.

· Recommend suitable portfolios and actionable strategies to maximize returns and client satisfaction.

Business Associate (BA) Relationship & Revenue Scaling

· Build strong relationships with BAs to ensure quality business growth and client service.

· Support BAs in scaling their existing client base and revenue through advisory excellence.

· Act as a mentor and advisor to BAs on market opportunities and investment strategies.

Advisory Excellence & Market Strategy

· Apply deep market understanding and advanced investment strategies to grow client books.

· Create and manage large option portfolios and high-value trades for Ultra HNI clients.

· Provide timely insights on emerging market trends, opportunities, and risk management strategies

Client & BA Engagement

· Conduct regular meetings with high-value clients and BAs to ensure engagement and satisfaction.

· Activate BA clients through high-quality advisory interactions.

· Identify and implement upselling opportunities to diversify client portfolios.

Product Advisory & Upselling

· Guide clients on suitable investment products: Mutual Funds, PMS, IAP, Insurance.

· Ensure portfolio diversification to bring stability, wealth creation, and long-term client retention.

Focus on increasing client wallet share and BA revenue through structured advisory approaches.Report any identified operational or compliance risk areas promptly.

Key Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or any related discipline is required.
  • A strong academic foundation in capital markets, financial instruments, and investment concepts will be an added advantage.

Certifications:

  • Mandatory: NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification (must be active/valid as per regulatory norms).

Relevant Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years in Ultra HNI advisory, wealth management, or financial services
  • Experience handling large client portfolios and collaborating with BAs is preferred
  • Experience working within a franchisee-driven business model is a plus
