Manager, FP&A HQ and GenMed

Responsibilities:

• Lead the FP&A COE team supporting HQ and GenMed Opco.
• Own cost budget planning, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting for HQ Non-Operations business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with HQ FP&A Leaders, Finance Directors, and BU leadership on topline, cost reviews, price forecasts, and headcount planning.
• Act as FP&A governance owner for COE-delivered activities.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digitization.
• Define skill matrices, career paths, and training plans for COE team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership.
