Manager, FP&A HQ and GenMed

Manage FP&A COE team supporting HQ and GenMed Opco.

Support cost budget planning, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting for HQ non-operations business with accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with HQ FP&A leaders on toplines, cost reviews, price forecast, and headcount forecast.

Act as FP&A governance owner for COE-delivered activities.

Partner with Business FP&A, Finance Directors, and BU leadership on topline and price analysis.

Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and digitization.

Define skill matrices, career paths, and training plans for the COE.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership.
