The Manager FP&A Bio Process for Cytiva is responsible

This position is part of the located in and will be onsite position. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What will you do

  • Manage FP&A COE Team
    Own end to end FP&A Process for Center of Excellence team on Budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and reporting for RFM Opco.
  • Collaborate with FP&A Leaders & Stakeholder Management
    Partner with Business Finance leaders, FP&A Leaders, support Leadership reviews, influence decision making, challenge assumptions.
  • Simplification and Standardization
    Ensure standardization of templates, assumptions, Methodologies and Timelines across Business units, Identify Opportunities for automation and process simplification.
  • COE capability Building
    Build high performing FP&A team, Coach team members on Finance and business acumen and communication, foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership
  • Act as FP&A Governance Owner for COE delivered activities
  • Drive accuracy, consistency and timeliness of financial outputs
  • Support Leadership Reviews with required analytics for Topline, Cost, HC and Price and Adhoc analysis

.Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree /MBA in finance and Accounting/CA /ICWA with 12-15 years of FP&A experience, 3+years in COE leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of P&L, Balance sheet, cashflow and cost drivers
  • People Leadership and coaching, Global stakeholder Management
  • Conceptual and practical expertise knowledge of Oracle system and OneStream
  • Strong Advanced financial analysis and Modeling skills and problem-solving skills and advanced excel skills for financial analysis and modelling
  • Ability to work in a highly matrix environment at all levels
  • Ability to develop and leverage knowledge of how areas of the business integrate, as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the overall business

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in ERP environment is preferred
  • Experience in working with senior leadership teams and cross functional teams
  • Process improvement initiatives.
