Responsibilities
- Prepare annual financial statements;
- Maintaining the accounting of Luxembourg Special Purpose Vehicules (SPVs);
- Cash management oversight on a portfolio of SPVs;
- Act as authorized signatories on payments;
- Be part of the coordination process of audit, consolidation and third parties queries;
- Closely collaborate with the internal legal team, tax compliance and structuring team, investment team and portfolio companies on live transactions and the establishment of legal and tax documentation / reports;
- Be part of various internal projects (automatization, processes documentation, training, etc.);
- Support the Finance team in various administrative tasks, data collection and management.
Qualifications
- 7 / 8 years experience in accounting;
- Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP is an asset;
- Excellent understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant company accounting rules;
- Experience in an Accounting and Administrative services Company or a Big4 audit firm is an asset;
- Knowledge of PE/RE industry is an asset:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of Accounting software is required.
