Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Manager - Finance Transformation who would be responsible for managing and developing a team of Business Analysts and Finance Testing professionals supporting global finance transformation initiatives. This role ensures high-quality requirements, process design, and testing outcomes across finance domains such as Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), tax, treasury and FP&A.
The role requires strong people management experience, excellent finance functional knowledge, hands-on transformation experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a global, matrixed environment.
This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation of once a week working from the Autodesk Bengaluru office, supporting collaboration, learning, special team events and Autodesk's office culture.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 3 years of people management experience leading teams of Finance Business analysts and/or finance testing professionals or similar roles.
