Qualified Chartered Accountant (preferably first attempt) with 12+ years of relevant post qualification experience in mid or large sized professionally run organizations with the last 3 plus years in a functional leadership role
Experience in Pharma industry- mandatory
Should possess strong analytical and operating skills and working knowledge of Indian accounting laws / statutory compliances.
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to achieve results in a fast pace, rapid growth environment characterized by dynamism and ambiguity
Should be detail oriented, proactive to business changes and a team player willing take ownership where needed
Possess necessary maturity and influencing skills to handle negotiations and manage external and internal stakeholders
Be result-oriented with the ability to be decisive; should be willing to seize initiatives and opportunities

Responsibilities-
Work in BD/Licensing teams for financial assessment of in‑licensing, out-licensing, co‑development, co‑commercialization, tech transfer, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Develop and create financial models including NPV, IRR, scenario and sensitivity analyses for licensing deals.
Participate in and support cross‑functional due diligence (BD, R&D, regulatory, IP, legal, commercial).
Responsible for reviewing financial terms in licensing and collaboration agreements.
Ensure accurate tracking, accounting, and payment of milestones, royalties, and other contractual obligations.
Presentation of business case scenarios to the senior management for approvals
