Job Description

Required Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Inter CA / MBA Finance.
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in financial management including 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably in IT Services/Product/Consulting companies.
  • Strong expertise in Karnataka taxation, statutory compliance, and audit management.
  • Proven experience in subsidiary management and cross-entity financial oversight.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Application.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily financial operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and standards.
  2. Develop a strong understanding of business dynamics to support and guide Business Unit Heads and functional leaders.
  3. Collaborate closely with banks, clients, and vendors to meet business plan objectives.
  4. Monitor and manage project costs effectively to ensure profitability and cost control.
  5. Prepare and present fortnightly and monthly P&L statements and balance sheets with insights for leadership review.
  6. Cash Flow and Working Capital Management- Ensure sufficient funds to meet monthly obligations, including payroll. Maintain and update 3-month rolling cash flow forecasts.
  7. Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure they stay within prescribed limits for each business unit.
  8. Track and monitor budgets versus actuals on a monthly basis.
  9. Control and manage expenses to align with the approved financial plan.
  10. Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  11. Compliance to income tax Act and Rules. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and payment of dues as per statutory requirements.
  12. Ensure compliance with all statutory filings and regulatory requirements (GST, Income Tax, FEMA, Companies Act, etc.), including APR, FLA, and ROC returns.
  13. Manage statutory audits and other inspections effectively.
  14. Oversee financial operations and compliances for the Company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local regulations.

Job Summary:

1.We are looking for an experienced and highly skilledFinance Manager / Finance Headwith a proven background in organizations of similar size and line of business. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Karnataka-specific statutory compliance, subsidiary management, and financial governance.

2.This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and fund flow management, risk assessment, business profitability analysis, business financing, and close coordination with business heads.

3.The position demands excellent analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to guide financial decision-making, ensuring sustainable growth and organizational stability.
