Accounts Manager / Finance manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager or Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the job market context of India and a proven track record of success in managing financial operations for large organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. The role requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting standards
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, including developing long-term financial plans and evaluating investment opportunities
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field - HOTEL ACCOUNTS
• 10-15 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial management software such as OPERA, SAP, IDS ETC
• Professional certification, such as MBA, M.COM OR B.COM preferred
