About The Role

This position directly reports to Vertical head. The job involve maintaining and closing books of accounts accurate, Financial reporting (Management and Statutory), Preparation of various MIS reports, Reviewing tasks of team, Managing cashflow etc.

Job Responsibilities

    • Location Accounts head and will be responsible for accounting, reporting, cash operations, tax compliance as well as dealing with internal and statutory audits.
    • This role should ensure compliance with DOA in all transactions and formal dealings.
    • Interact with people with different departments and follow up with them for information/ reports .
    • Monthly closing of books of accounts.
    • MIS Reporting: Preparing MIS reports in the standard formats and submitting them on a periodic basis.
    • Leading the vertical team

What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)

    • Qualification/Experience: Experienced CA
    • Sound knowledge of Financial/Accounts.
    • Experience with Big 4 is added advantage
    • Problem-solving skills (i.e., conceptual and analytical thinking)
    • Proprietary Thinking
    • Good Communication skills
    • Leadership skills.
    • Proficient in Tally and MS Office
Experience: Minimum 3-5 Years of post qualification experience working in Big 4 or Industry
