We are looking for a dedicated and experienced
Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate interior fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage various aspects of construction projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage Site Inspections & Monitor Construction Progress
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction progresses as planned.
- Monitor work quality and ensure it meets required standards.
- Identify and address any deviations from project specifications.
- Coordinate with Contractors, Architects & Local Agencies
- Work closely with contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Verify Measurements & Develop Work Schedules
- Review and verify measurements with contractors to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Material & Manpower Management
- Plan and manage material procurement and utilization.
- Oversee manpower allocation and productivity at the site.
- Ensure optimal resource utilization within project budgets.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in corporate interior execution.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with client representatives and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
