Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate interior fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage various aspects of construction projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Site Inspections & Monitor Construction Progress
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction progresses as planned.
  • Monitor work quality and ensure it meets required standards.
  • Identify and address any deviations from project specifications.
  • Coordinate with Contractors, Architects & Local Agencies
  • Work closely with contractors, architects, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Address and resolve technical issues during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
  • Verify Measurements & Develop Work Schedules
  • Review and verify measurements with contractors to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Material & Manpower Management
  • Plan and manage material procurement and utilization.
  • Oversee manpower allocation and productivity at the site.
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization within project budgets.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong hands-on experience in corporate interior execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with client representatives and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
