The incumbent is responsible for overseeing all facilities across branches and offices, managing real estate activities and ensuring seamless execution of interior projects for new and existing rollouts, key duties include maintaining the AMC and preventive maintenance of branch and office equipment, supervision housekeeping and security operations, conducting physical asset verification, and ensuring branch inspections through regular travel, The role demands technical expertise, proficiency in data management and reporting ( Excel, PPT) and the ability to create detailed MIS reports, strong project management , organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
Role & responsibilities
1. Facility Management:
- Oversee and manage all facilities across branch offices to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Handle the Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for various systems and equipment. Manage housekeeping (HK) operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise security personnel and ensure the safety and security of staff and assets.
2. Real Estate & Interior Projects:
- Manage real estate activities, including site selection, lease agreements, and property management.
- Plan and execute interior work for new rollouts and renovations of existing branches. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely project completion.
3. Asset Management:
- Conduct periodic physical asset verification to maintain accurate asset inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of physical assets across all branches.
4. Branch Visits:
- Travel regularly to branch offices for inspections, project supervision, and to address on-ground issues.
5. Technical Expertise:
- Possess sound technical knowledge to handle infrastructure-related tasks efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure and equipment.
6. Data & MIS Management:
- Collect, track, and analyze data related to facilities, assets, and infrastructure.
- Prepare and present detailed Management Information System (MIS) reports to stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in Tools:
- Expert in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Skilled in creating impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools
